What is 15 days 'no questions asked ' returns policy?

We have an extremely customer friendly 15 days 'no questions asked' returns policy. If you do not find the product(s) satisfying, you can return it back as long as the following conditions are met:

· Product is unused, unwashed and in original condition. When you try on the product, please take good care to preserve its original condition.

· Price tags, brand tags, box and all other original packaging must be present.

· Product must be returned within 15 days.

 

My product is big/ small. Want to exchange it for a different size

If your product is big/ small, no worries. You can exchange it for a different size. Please follow these steps:

  • Go the ‘My Orders’ and select your order
  • From that order, choose the product which you want to exchange.
  • Click ‘Exchange with a different size’ option
  • Select the pickup address
  • An exchange id will be generated against that product.
  • The pickup agent will deliver the exchange item within 1-2 days of the request.
  • While receiving the exchange item, please hand over the original product to the pickup agent.

 

I want to return my product.

In case you wish to return the product, please follow these steps:

  • Go the ‘My Orders’ and select your order
  • From that order, choose the product which you want to return
  • Click ‘Return Product’ option
  • Please select the reason for return. (This is for our internal assessment)
  • Select the pickup address
  • A return id will be generated against that product
  • the product will be picked up from your address within 1-2 days of the return request.
  • A pickup agent will come and do the Quality Check. (Quality check is just to ensure return conditions are met. If you face ANY difficulties during the Quality Check, please email us. We will resolve the issue)
  • Post successful pickup, your refund will be initiated in the next 1-2 working days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Once the refund is initiated, the amount will reflect in your statement within 3-5 working days

 

Can I check the product at the time of delivery?

No, you cannot check the product at the time of delivery. However, in case you do not like the product, you can always return it back as per our no questions asked returns policy within 15 days

 

Can I exchange my product with a different one?

Yes, but we do not have provision for a direct exchange. Please cancel the previous order and place a new one.

 

Do I have to return the whole order or can I return one or more products from the order?

No, you do not have to return the whole order. You can select the products in the order which you wish to return. Go the ‘My Orders’ and select your order. Choose the product which you wish to return from that order. Click ‘Return Product’.

 

I have created the return but now I do not wish to return the product

In case you wish to cancel the return, please drop us a mail and we’ll cancel the return for you. Or, you can inform the pickup agent that you wish to cancel the pickup and he’ll do it for you.

 

I have received a tampered package which has damaged the products inside

In case you receive a tampered packaging, please click pictures of the packaging and share with us over mail. Rest assured. We’ll take it up with our logistics partner. If the tampered packaging has damaged the products inside, we will ship you the replacement. Please create a ‘replace' ticket’. At the time of delivery, hand over tampered/ damaged package and all its contents while receiving the replacement.

 

My package has a product missing

If a product is missing in your shipment, please notify us over the mail. please click pictures of the package and share with us over the mail. We will ship you the missing product.

 

I have received a different product/ I have received a damaged or defective product.

If you have received a product different from what you have ordered/ If the product item delivered is physically damaged/ defective , please create a 'replace' ticket. Click pictures of the product and share with us over the mail (This is for our internal purposes). We will ship you the replacement. At the time of delivery, please hand over the original product while receiving the replacement.

 

How do I create a 'replace' ticket?

Go to 'My Orders'. Select your order. Choose the product you wish to replace. Select 'Replace product' .

 

Within how many days will the product be exchanged/ replaced/ picked up?

The products will be exchanged/ replaced/ picked up from your address within 1-2 days of raising the request. In case of any delays/ issues, please drop us a mail.

 

Can I get the exchange/ replacement/ pickup done from a different address?

Yes. As long as we have delivery capabilities in the modified address, you can change the address. Please drop us a mail with the details.

 

Can I return/exchange the product at your store?

No. You cannot return/exchange the product at any offline stores. Since the product was purchased on our website and was delivered to you by our logistics partner, the pickup exchange or replacement will be done by our logistics partner.

 

When will I get my refund?

Post successful pickup, your refund will be initiated in the next 1-2 working days. Refund is issued to the original payment method. It’ll take 3-5 working days post initiation from our end for the refund to reflect in your bank account/credit card statement.

 

Where will I get my refund?

Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

I have not received my refund?

It is highly unlikely but if you do not receive your refund within 7 business days post the pickup of the product, please drop us a mail. We will resolve the issue and see to it that you receive your refund.

 

When can I not return my product?

You will not be able to return the product in the following situations:

  • When the return window of 15 days has closed
  • When the return conditions are not met
